🧪 Year 5 Science: Solutions & Mixtures! 🔬

Year 5 have been busy investigating what happens when different substances are combined. We tested a range of solutes and solvents to find out whether they would dissolve to form a solution or remain separate to make a mixture.

From salt and sugar in water to sand, oil and even staples, we made predictions, carried out our investigations and observed what happened. 💧🧂🏖️
